We never quite know where life is going to take us, do we… If you had told me one year ago that today I would be launching my own brand and product line I might have told you that you were nuts, but here we are! I am beyond excited to share this news with you. The most popular blog post on East Coast Creative, is now a legit product that you can buy! Introducing….
The Game of Love STORE is now open!
You might remember my DIY post from a few years back? I used sharpies on an old bed sheet and made a game board for my husband. I had actually made the first version for our very first anniversary 12 years ago. Well, the feedback on that post was incredible! Not just stories of people having fun, I got hundreds of emails from people sharing stories of reconnecting, of bouncing back from challenging life experiences, and sharing how this game impacted them. I was so not expecting the feedback I got and it made me realize that I could do better than sharpies on a old sheet and impact so many more relationships!
All Game of Love kits come with a blank game board printed right onto a fitted sheet. Use the included washable, fabric markers to write activities, questions, and little gifts in each space on the board.
Our fabric markers won’t rub off on you, but are completely washable, letting you customize your game as many times as you’d like! GOL is perfect for Anniversaries, Celebrations, Birthdays, and even to say “I’m Sorry.”
You and your partner will roll the die and move along the board, together completing each activity that you land on.
Relationships are hard work & they take effort and intention to grow deeper and stronger. It’s my goal to help couples bring back the fun + games that everyone experiences at the beginning of our relationships and keep the fire alive! It’s okay AND awesome to have fun with your partner!
There are 51 spaces on the board and to prevent you from getting into a creative slump, we’ve created the Idea Vault. It’s a collection of 100s of questions, gift ideas, and activities for you to choose from!
In addition to The Game of Love Kits, I’ve also rounded up fun cards, love notes, gift ideas, and accessories for your GOL night.
I’d love for you to check out the website and let me know what you think!
Thanks for your support and encouragement in this new and exciting endeavor!

Monica I have watched your show KIO from the beginning. I do not have pay TV so I was elated to have a creative outlet for my home makeover/ remodeling needs. I work at a home improvement store so I have resources in front of me everyday, but they are not always budget friendly, and often people think some of my ideas are “out there”! I actually used your idea to trim out my existing plain cabinets with firing strips and they look fantastic. I used the same method on some cabinets that I added. They already had a molding on them but I flipped the door and added the fir strips to match my existing cabinets. My husband was very impressed that we completely transformed our cabinets for about $300. That includes the cost of the 7 added cabinets, paint and materials.
I will admit it took me a while to catch on to the Livewell website. I do not get on the computer much, but now I check weekly. I am so sad that you no longer have a show as you and Jess are as entertaining as you are creative. I do enjoy watching you complete whole projects. I hope that you will consider something in the future possibly something with just ideas and projects that aren’t necessarily a makeover just decorating ideas for little to no budget people like me.
I really just wanted to let you know I am still a fan!!! All remodeling is on hold for the moment, but I will definitely keep checking for ideas and may even ask for a little advice. Keep smiling and know you bring joy to so many with your creativity and effervescence!
